Maintenance standards for fan coil units:
1. Check the Y-type filter and clean the debris deposited on the Y-type filter;
2. Check the inlet and outlet valves, and replace the loosely closed and damaged valves;
3. Check and clean the surface cooler, clean up the surface dust, and eliminate the clogging phenomenon;
4. Clean the dust on the fan impeller;
5. Check the temperature adjustment three-speed switch, adjust the wiring of the temperature adjustment three-speed switch, the motor and the electric two valves, and the control is effective, replace the damaged switch;
6. Check whether the electric two-way valve can switch normally, and replace the damaged electric two-way valve;
7. Check the motor, add lubricating oil, and replace the damaged motor;
8. Check whether the fan rotates with abnormal noise and vibration, adjust or replace the modified impeller;
9. Check the metal soft connection of the water supply and return, and maintain the leakage point;
10. Check the water tray, adjust the angle of the water tray, clean up debris and sludge, and tighten the hose clamp connecting the water tray and the condensate pipe;
11. Check the integrity of the pipe insulation and repair the incomplete parts;
12. Check the air inlet and outlet, air duct, tighten or seal the loose part, and clean and disinfect the air outlet;
13. Check the pipeline, maintain and replace the corroded parts and perform anti-corrosion treatment;
14. Check whether the fan coil hanger and each connection point are firm, and tighten the loose part.
