1. Biological clean rooms such as operating rooms are usually equipped with trioxygen O3 generators for the purpose of sterilization. O3 (i.e. ozone) is a strong oxidizing gas that accelerates the oxidative rust of objects, especially metals, in the environment, and also causes the general coating surface to fade and change color due to oxidation. Therefore, this kind of dust-free workshop requires that its decoration materials have good oxidation resistance and will not produce rust.
2. Floor: Generally use 2mm/3mm epoxy floor or PVC floor. The material of the floor depends on different industries and areas.
A. Epoxy floor: the larger the area, the higher the probability of using epoxy floor. Advantages: Epoxy floor wear-resistant. Disadvantages: repair will have color difference and long construction period.
B. PVC floor: PVC is mostly used for small area. Advantages: fast construction period, easy to repair; disadvantages: because PVC has splicing seams, it is easy to accumulate dust. The return air duct is made of hot-dip zinc plate, and the fire-retardant PF foamed plastic plate with good purification and insulation effect is used. The high-efficiency air outlet should use a stainless steel frame, which is beautiful and clean. Dust should be cleaned. On the one hand, the clean room design and decoration should pay attention to the moisture content of the wood used should not be greater than 16%, and should not be exposed for use. Due to the large number of air changes in the clean room and low relative humidity, if a large amount of wood is used, it is easy to dry, crack, change, loose, and generate dust. Even if it is used, it must be used locally and must be treated with anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatment.
