The first,Purification engineering design requirements
1. The purification engineering design must be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant national policies and guidelines, and meet the requirements of scientific design, quality assurance, safety application, energy saving and environmental protection.
2. When using the original building for clean technology transformation, the purification engineering design must be based on production process requirements, adapt to local conditions, be treated differently, and make full use of existing technical facilities.
3. The purification engineering design shall create the necessary conditions for construction and installation, maintenance management, testing and safe operation.
4. In addition to the implementation of this code, the purification engineering design should also comply with the relevant requirements of the current international standards and codes.
Second,Purification Engineering Grade
1. Air cleanliness should be divided into five grades according to regulations.
Level 10
100 levels
1000 levels
10000 levels
100000 class
Note: For the calculation of air purification degree of 100-level purification project, dust particles larger than or equal to 5 microns should be sampled multiple times. When it appears multiple times, the test value can be considered reliable.
2. The cleanliness level of the purification project should be based on the number of dust particles tested under dynamic conditions. The air cleanliness test of the purification project shall comply with the provisions of Appendix II.
