Air shower (personnel/cargo)

We are using the international advanced technology to design and precise CNC to manufacture the air shower. Air shower itself is an universal used locally purification equipment, usually it is installed in the wall be0otween clean room and unclean area, the function is to blow off the dust on the personnel and cargo. It can effective reduce the dust resource before entering the clean room and keep the normal working status in clean room. Appli-cable for food, beverage, electronics, health care, pharmaceuti-cal industries and la boratories.
1.The outer surface adopts cold-roll steel sheet or SUS 304 stain-less steel sheet. By using CNC to cut, bend and welding the sheets, and after multiple acid pickling and phosphating and spraying. The prepared unit surface is flat and good looking.
2.The air shower door adopts SUS304 stainless steel door with big view window.
3.Single direction oriented air shower from unclean area to clean area. When the door is closed, the photoelectric sensor will acti-vate the automatic blowing.
4.Electronic interlock, LCD display, infrared sensor to control blowing, one door closer in the entrance.
5.All the inside parts and foundation adopt SUS 304 stainless steel sheet.
6.All the stainless steel nozzles can change the blowing angles. It adopts low noise centrifugal blower.
