Machine made hollow magnesium oxide sandwich panel

Adopts hollow magnesium oxide as the core fller. Using heat so-lidification glue in the progressive forming machine, pressurize and compound to make this light construction material. The magnesium oxide board is made of magnesium oxide, magne-sium chloride and water, through preparation and adding of modifying agent, compounding stable magnesia cement and neutral-alkaline glass fiber net(as reinforcing material) and light material (filler) and using special production technical process to manufacture this new fire resistant decoration material. It has many features, such as fire resistant, water resistant, odorless,non toxic, not frozen, non corrosion, no crack, high strength,light weight. dopts silicone rock as the core filler. Using G.I.sheet or color painted sheet(double layer) and high strength glue in the progressive forming machine,heat, pressurize and compound, through edge trimming, slotting, feeding process to make this new construction and decoration material. Features:good thermal insulation performance, easy to install. It has rela-tive best fire resistance performance, comparing with other sandwich panel.
