Hand made paper honeycomb sand- wich panel with double layer magne-sium oxide boards

Adopts good quality PCGI surface sheet with paper honeycomb filler and double layer magnesium oxide boards. Use G.I. as frame and stiffener. Use magnesium oxide boards as the outer core, and rock wool as inner core, bond them by pressurizing and heating processes. This panel has good sealing performance and has high fire resistance level.

Performance and quality standard
The paper honeycomb has hexagon structure, this provides good load bearing， good tension， light weight. Adopts modular design, easy for installation and dismantling. Satisfies the 1 hour fire resistance requirement.
Thermal conductivity≤ 0.032w/m.k, fire resistance time ≤60min.
